As these services are customized to each client's unique requirements, they cannot generally be returned like physical products.
Project Deposits
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Initial deposits and advance payments reserve project scheduling, planning, resource allocation, and consultation time.
Therefore, deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Cymerge is unable to commence the project for reasons solely attributable to the Company.
Duplicate or accidental payments.
Billing errors.
Services that have not yet been initiated.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually and fairly.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
Completed project milestones.
Delivered digital products.
Website development already performed.
Design work already created.
Consulting sessions already conducted.
AI development or automation work already completed.
Marketing campaigns already launched.
SEO work already performed.
Social media management services already delivered.
Client-requested changes after project approval.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice.
If work has already commenced:
Charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining balance, if applicable, may be refunded at Cymerge's sole discretion after deducting completed work and administrative costs.
Delays Caused by Clients
If a client delays a project for more than 30 consecutive days without reasonable communication, Cymerge reserves the right to:
Pause the project.
Reallocate internal resources.
Revise project timelines.
Apply additional reactivation fees where necessary.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third parties—including domain registrations, hosting providers, software licenses, premium plugins, advertising platforms, cloud services, and other external vendors—are non-refundable, as these costs are governed by the policies of their respective providers.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us first.
Cymerge is committed to resolving concerns professionally, fairly, and in good faith before formal dispute procedures are pursued.
